The teacher slowed her down in order to get her to read music, cuz she normally plays MUCH faster using just her ears to memorize the music.

Mother's Day 2008 we launched to a select few WOWCIO. The irony of this is that Mother's Day 1999 was the birth of an adoption journey that no body would've guessed God would grow and bless into a full time passionate ministry for many.

No amount of words can thank the WOWCIO team of volunteers and adoption advocates, who have selflessly shared sooooo much....

If one child finds a home through this endeavor...what a blessing. If a families find community here...again a blessing. When adoptee's find strength and friendship here at wowcio...WOW!

The member that receives the most visits and the highest ranking will be able to designate a charitable organization whereby Wowcio Corp will make a donation.

Qualifying charitable organizations can be any orphan ministry, specific country via an adoption agency, grant for a special needs medical surgery, grant for an adoptive family 'in progress' (the family's placing agency must be an agency listed under the 'sponsored agency' and/or have a current 'advertising spot' within the Wowcio Corp.

Amazingly as 2008 rolled into being, there was an idea that was born that it would be such a wonderful way to inspire more folks to consider adoption if there was a go-to website that could link all this wonderful media in one place. The internet is such a powerful tool and there are so many resources to inspiring adoption stories. Social networking amongst the adoptive community and most importantly those in the 'inquiring and researching stages of adoption' would most benefit from a forum community.

Some wonderful ways that we envision wowcio to be used is:
1. linking adoption videos
2. linking adoption blogs or creating one on wowcio.
3. show off those family pictures
4. everyone playing a role in adoption advocacy by providing answers and tips for those in the inquiring stages and for those that are 'in the process' of adoption
5. forming area playgroups
6. forming local community and church adoption support groups and ministries
7. sharing adoptive family and adoptee gathering's and events on the 'Calendar'
8. sharing food and culture ideas and tips
9. providing support and care throughout the community
